While we endeavor to provide you with
accurate information, errors and omissions may occur through the normal
course of business. We reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or stop
any order of goods for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where
we otherwise displayed mistaken or inaccurate information. If your order
is cancelled and your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit
to your credit card account for the charge. To provide you with this credit
is our only obligation to you.
Orders placed online where the address and customer information has been
provided by you, is the only address we have available to ship. In the unlikely
event that a wrong or incorrect address is supplied when your order is placed,
an extra shipping charge may be applied to your account if the product is
returned to us or is delivered to an incorrect address. We encourage you
to review the order receipt you received via email after your order was
submitted. We are not responsible if inaccuracies in the information
you supplied to us when placing your order prevents you from getting this
receipt. Orders placed with us may be cancelled at any time prior
to shipping. However, you must contact us and receive either verbal
or electronic verification of cancellation prior to our shipping the product.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or altered. Should
final delivery be refused, unaccepted or considered undeliverable and returned
to us, your account with us will be credited for the returned items less
actual shipping and handling costs.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED

any amount of damages above the total dollar amount you paid to purchase
the products from us.
