answer our email.
Our customers are very surprised when they receive an actual reply to
their inquiries. The internet has seemingly made everyone numb to
receiving a personal response. Submitting email is like accepting that
you may wait days (or a lifetime) to receive a reply. Who can wait that
long?
Order processing is FAST!
While some companies may sit on your order for two or three days (even
weeks), we strive to fill your order today! That usually equates to
about a 1 to 24 hour turnaround. We stock most every item we sell and
this allows us to make things happen. Of course you could always choose
to go elsewhere and wait, but why...
Our suppliers love us.
Because of the fantastic relationships we’ve built with our suppliers,
we’re simply able to offer better service to you. If you need a quick
answer, we can probably get it. If you need a product specially made we may be able to help. It’s amazing the
things that can be accomplished when everyone is on the same page
working together.
Flat rate shipping benefits everyone.
We regularly review shipping rates to see just how little we can
charge. Our carrier raises our rate every January, but we love you
way too much for that. So we settled on an $8.95 flat rate because
it costs us this much on average. We hope you understand. This way
every customer, both near and far, in or out of the City is
treated the same. We seriously like a level and fair playing field
where everybody wins.
We Blog great questions.
If you ask a question that we feel others may want to know about, we
will list the question and answer in our Product Inquiry BLOG. It comes
complete with 24 hour a day availability, so you can get that answer
even at 1am when hopefully we're asleep. But its hard to tell, because
we are so fanatical about getting your order processed. So don’t
be afraid to try our number at any hour. You might be surprised to find
someone still here answering the phone. If no one answers
leave a message. We really will call you back tomorrow.
We treat your order like our own.
Who wants to wait for merchandise only to find it was destroyed during
shipment? We pack your order to arrive in a usable condition and unlike
some other companies we actually use packing materials. We don’t believe
in the slap on a shipping label and let it go
philosophy. Although we must admit this would be much easier; but
you're way too important to us! We use new boxes, bag your liquids,
insert materials to absorb
in-transit shock, and strategically
place markings on the outer package to aid in careful in-route package
handing and transport. We hope the shipping
carrier affords your package the same TLC, but unfortunately that's out
of our control. So please forgive us if things didn't work out
perfectly. Just know that we will make it right!
FRESH product rotated daily.
You shouldn’t expect to receive yesterday’s merchandise today. We’ve seen
competitors shelves stocked with old or expired product that’s
layered in dust inches thick just waiting for you to buy it. We would
never think of selling this merchandise to you. Doesn't that give you a
warm and fuzzy feeling?
We’ve been lowering our prices at a
ridiculous rate!
Some might say we’ve gone off the deep end. In fact we recently lowered
hundreds of prices. Look for more price cuts
coming soon. As we continue to grow your loyalty continues to reap the benefits.
We never spam or sell your email.
We simply use your email as a method to contact you in case of order
problems, questions or discrepancies. Not to burden you with new
promotions each and every day or our thoughts on the economy. We let our competitors send out the
flyers, catalogs and boatloads of promotional email. They simply annoy
you into shopping with us. Our marketing department is borderline
genius!
It’s the small things that count.
