The Scaffold Platform boards are made from 9-ply Latvian Birch Plywood for incredible strength, safety, warp resistance and integrity. The boards lock onto the ladder for safety and have a slip resistant top surface. The single finger release latch makes attachment and removal easy. The boards are packaged two (2) to a set for individual use in any of the stairway positions or together in any of the scaffold positions. Platform boards can be stored in place on the ladder when folded in storage position.

This is because they offer immediate improvement to the overall functionality and versatility of your ladder.  If you choose not to purchase the convenient self-storing Scaffold Platform Boards, you must first attach a working surface if using the ladder in any of the approved scaffold positions.  Do not attempt to use your Climbtek ladder in any of the approved scaffold positions without a construction grade 2 ft x 12" plank placed over the rungs and between the side rails.  The plank must fill the entire work level and be secured to prevent movement during use.  Never stand or step onto any overhang of this plank.  We suggest that you purchase only the approved accessory items, as listed above, for your Climbtek ladder.

The Standoff / Support Bar is made from high strength aluminum box extrusion for strength, reliability and rigidity. The ends have non slip rubber feet for protection of surfaces. The special resin wing nuts allow Scaffold boards and Standoff Support bar easy installation or conversion from a Standoff Bar to a Support Bar without the use of any tools. The Standoff Bar allows for extra room when working against a vertical surface. It can also be used to span window or door openings up to 43 inches wide.

The 2 in 1 Platform provides an 11" x 11-1/4" standing surface to make working on a ClimbTek ladder more comfortable in all of its ladder configurations. It also can be used as a utility shelf for tools, paint or fixtures when the ladder is in the stepladder or stairway positions. The 2 in 1 Platform can be placed on any rung in which you can stand, except the bottom two rungs. The 2 in 1 Platform is made from high strength steel with the perforated step platform providing a non-slip surface. The 2 in 1 Platform is painted and the bottom edges are covered with vinyl for protection and to provide easy gliding over the rungs.
